Pasta Bar - a selection of pastas, marinara and alfredo sauce, and your favorite toppings.

Quesidillas Bar - tortillas with a wide selection of meats, vegetables, and cheese. All the sides like sour cream, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo available.

Fajita Bar - warm flour tortillas accompany sizzling beef or chicken, onions, bell peppers, and all the trimmings.

Poached Salmon - a beautiful display served with capers, lemon, and dill sauce.

Large Shrimp - shrimp boiled to perfection, peeled, deveined, and served on ice. Accompanied by tangy cocktail sauce.

Coconut Shrimp - butterflied shrimp coated in a special breading and deep-fried to a golden brown, served with a special sauce.

Carving Station - your choice of meat cooked to perfection and carved at your function. Choices include tenderloin, lamb, beef, ham, and turkey. Perfect to make little sandwich.

Sushi - assorted vegetable sushi served with wasabi and soy sauce.

Lox Display - sliced smoked salmon paired with capers, red onions, cream cheese and bagels.
